Dutch Fork Roasting Pumpkin

Large and easy to roast, these pumpkins will give you 2 to 6 pounds worth of delicious buttery flavored purée to turn into any pie or baked good of your choice.

We recommend roasting at 400° for 40 minutes (depending on how big of slices you make) before peeling off the skin after you let it cool completely.
