Lamb Share

Our half lamb share includes the following cuts:

- 2 Shanks (1 package, 2 shanks) or Osso Bucco (2 packages)

- 1 Boneless Leg of Lamb (1 package) or Leg Steaks (2 packages) or swap for grind

- 1 Rack of Lamb (1 package) or Lollipop Lamb Chops (2 packages)

- 5 pounds ground

- 8 Thick Cut Loin Chops (2 packages of 4)

- 1 Boneless Shoulder Roast (1 package) or swap for grind

- 1 Bags of Bones

Each Purchase comes with a simple lamb & goat preparation chart!

*PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE WHOLE SHARE COST IS A DEPOSIT AND THE TOTAL COST IS $500, SO $300 IS DUE ON PICKUP!*
