Interested in learning how to harvest pasture-raised chickens? Our basic option includes lunch and hands-on experience of dressing a bird.

Our advanced course offers a day-long event of harvesting and preserving through dehydrating and canning for a well-round day of skill learning.

Classes will be held May 23-26th, you will be able to pick which date works best for you!

Pasture to Pantry participants will leave with the soups made in the course to take home with them.
